Allow yourself to have the things you really want. (A rest day from the gym, a hamburger in a restaurant, etc). Stop trying to convince yourself out of the things that lighten you up. I was watching a YouTube vlog & the woman in the video was doing day-to-day stuff and just chatting with her audience. She showed herself putting on makeup, meeting with a friend for lunch, and shared how stressed she was about decisions she was trying to make.
Just like me and you. The simplicity of all our lives is beautiful. Instead of viewing your life as boring and just going through the motions. Let’s channel some of that main character energy, let’s view our lives as lots of beautiful, simple moments that could fill an entire book. Let’s figure out how to self-love more and build self-love. This self-love exercise will help largely to develop self-worth. You need to have the self-esteem or self-worth to step into that spotlight and find your self-worth and treat yourself like the main character of your story!
