Your big dreams aren’t unrealistic.

You can have anything you desire.

That little voice that’s telling you “yeah but _______” is a limiting belief.

For example, “yeah but idk anything about finances” or “yeah but I’m not good that good at photography. No one will pay me.”

That voice is your egoic mind. It’s sole purpose is to keep you safe (from criticism, failure, etc) which means keeping you small.

But you were designed for big things. You were designed to feel good about your life.

These beliefs that don’t serve you can all be changed.

It takes the knowledge of how the mind works and the right tools and resources to guide you.

The Calmish Teacher Journal is exactly that. It was built to empower others. It was designed from experience doing this exact work. It’s here to make a difference.

I’ve always felt like I had more to offer this world... I still do. And this journal is part of that 💖

This journal doesn’t just cover self-care, it also helps you EXPAND and GROW even further. This type of work is life changing and it’s for the brave.

I check in with my precious vision board every few

I check in with my precious vision board every few months when I need some clarity and feel antsy.

For some reason picking out new dreams and goals makes me feel focused yet calm.

Today I’d encourage you to do the same.

When I create my vision board I ask myself “if I had zero limitations what would I want.”

For me I would have a home, a vacation in Italy, and would be positively impacting THOUSANDS of people.

I obviously have more things on there, but I just let all these dreams and goals come to the surface.

Then I print pictures and words to represent these desires.

The funny thing about life is when you become clear on what you desire and have a little faith, things you thought were impossible become possible.
