Have we met yet?
Hey! I’m Ashley I’m a certified NLP life coach and an EFT Practitioner. I specialize in helping women and children discover who they are and how they want to show up in this world. I help empower people to understand themselves and their power through coaching.
I people who may feel stuck, desire change or feel like they are meant for more, or perhaps something different all together.
I have worked in a number of different fields, such as teaching, human resources, and the criminal justice field. I understand how difficult it can feel trying to find your place in the world but also having a passion to make a difference.
Many years ago, I felt unfulfilled, dissatisfied and worn down by my current circumstances. I was unhappy, struggling with confidence and felt like I had more to give to this world but didn’t know where to start. That’s when I dove headfirst into the world of mindset and self-development.
Now after attending countless classes, workshops, and seminars with one goal in mind: to feel like my best self and then empower others to do the same.
It is my mission to help you discover your true power & build that self confidence buried deep inside you to make your dreams a reality.
