My mission is to help others feel empowered, happy, and thriving through self-care and mindset practices.
I truly believe teachers are world changers.
However, we experience a lot of difficult things in the classroom day in and day out. Sometimes this weighs heavy on our hearts and causes us to feel burnt out. This is no fault of our own. It’s critical for educators to recharge and reignite our passion and purpose when we feel this way. Otherwise, our students, families, and the world rare receiving a watered down and exhausted version of us. We have a duty to make the time and do this without guilt. It’s critical for our profession.
This is why I created The Calm(ish) Teacher. The Calm(ish) Teacher helps provide strategies and resources to recharge and help others feel like their best self. It also provides life-long practices for lasting change to create the life of your dreams.

Have you ever met one of those people that just make you feel instantly better when you connect with them? She is my go to every time I feel frustrated at work. Honestly, I just feel better knowing she is there if I need her just by using her resources regularly. I can work through tough moments a lot more easily!
